1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrintDirect Online ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with material changes communicated via email or site notice.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount.
• Bulk discount tiers are applied automatically based on quantity and are subject to change.

4. Artwork and Design Requirements

• You are responsible for ensuring uploaded artwork meets print specifications (resolution, bleed area, color mode). Our design studio provides guidelines but does not guarantee print quality for low-resolution uploads.
• We recommend artwork at 300 DPI minimum for optimal print results.
• Colors may vary slightly between screen display and printed output due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes (RGB to CMYK conversion).
• You retain all rights to artwork you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to reproduce the artwork solely for order fulfillment.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or submit artwork that:

• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of others
• Contains illegal, defamatory, or obscene material
• Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
• Misrepresents official government documents or currency

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

6. Production and Shipping

• Production typically begins within 1 business day of order confirmation.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by product and shipping method. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

7. Returns and Reprints

Due to the custom nature of printed products, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or design errors in customer-supplied artwork. However, we will reprint or refund your order if:

• The printed product has a manufacturing defect (miscut, smearing, wrong material)
• The wrong product or quantity was shipped
• The product was damaged during shipping

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintDirect Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including templates, designs, graphics, and software, is owned by PrintDirect Online or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may use our templates solely for orders placed through the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
